By scanning a physical environment with a laser scanner we can create a digital representation of the complete environment that can be explored and used as complete reference in almost any CAD software.
The point cloud allows you to dimension any scanned environment down to 1.6mm of accuracy. Angled or curved ceilings or walls will no longer pose a problem while attempting to work within such a space, since the surfaces are recorded exactly as they are in reality. Drafting becomes a simple task of tracing over the point cloud to create 2D plans or build a 3D environment with near 100% accuracy in scale, finishes and relative position.
LiDAR SOLUTIONS INCLUDE
Fast set up and light, highly portable, the top of the range Faro S laser scanner provides high density scans and is also able to capture 360 pano's from the same scan location in over 100mb .tiff format
Fully licensed and insured drones for complete aerial scanning solutions. From on set capture to integration with the scanned from the ground, giving outstandingly high detailed results.
POINT CLOUD REGISTRATION
Timeslice 360 has a full processing team in place, ensuring that we can take your project from concept to post house ready. Point cloud registration, E57 files as well as scan reports are all part and parcel of our post service.
HIGH RESOLUTION MESHES
Our highly skilled post team can further process the point clouds into high resolution meshes, which can be imported in Maya, Nuke, Flame and a variety of other VFX software, allowing the post house to get straight to work.
Once rendered, the meshes and point clouds are fully compatible with industry standard workflows such as Maya, Nuke, Flame and other Autodesk Products.
